Circulation and Distribution
The Bulletin is available free to readers and distributes 20,000 issues every Friday at over 1300 locations. The Bulletin is distributed in highly visible and active locations such as convenience stores, grocery stores, book stores, college campuses, restaurants, movie theaters, night clubs etc.

Deadlines
Wednesday at 12:00pm for that weeks issue. Deadlines may be advanced one day due to a major holiday check with your sales representative.

Mechanical Requirements
Please include all images and fonts with layouts. Files may be sent as a .jpg, .tif, .eps, or .pdf. We may also accept CorelDraw 12 files. Emailed ads should be sent to sales@thebulletin.com. Check with your sales representative for more detailed information.

Advertising Design
We provide a professional layout design for you free of charge. Our goal is to give you the best design possible that is consistent with the paper’s look to get you the best response. We recommend, for the best response, that we or a professional ad agency design your ad.

Color and Placement
Spot color is available for and additional $50. Four color process is an additional $150. You can specify ad placement in either retail or classified. Every attempt is made to place ads next to complimentary content to provide you with the best exposure possible. Requests for position can be made but are not guaranteed.

The Bulletin’s rates are designed for advertisers who know that ads get the best results when they are run every week. Our best prices are reserved for such marketing plans.
